The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Elite Sports will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.

You can choose one of the following return options:

  1. Exchange your item for a different size only (applicable for only ready-made order).
  2. A full refund to your bank account.
  3. Replacement for a wrong or defective item received (applicable for only if we provide the t-shirt/jersey/polo shirt).

 No nonsense return policy.

  • Defected product must be returned within 1 week from the date the item is received.
  • Postage is to be paid by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the shirt.

 Important information

We refuse to accept a return or exchange if:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
  • Products lost or damaged due to unfortunate events
  • Products with a missing label or defected or the item has been washed.
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction

  • Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style only for ready-made shirt.

Refund Process
Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer.
Please ensure that the following details are provided to us completely and correctly:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Customer’s Name

Please note:

  • We reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. We will not be responsible if refund failed due to incorrect information given by customer.
  • For all return, exchange or refund requests, please drop us an email with your order number and request and we will attend to your email within 1 – 2 business days.

Additional information
Please keep in mind that sale item may be have a slightly defect less than 5% but un-noticable when wearing ( for example unperfect stitching )
Since our item are all custom prints there are maybe 5% imperfect on printing side not noticeable.

Issue on color resolution / pattern
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may vary slightly from what you see. If you have any doubt on our products, please make your purchase directly from our retail store to avoid disappointment.
